Islington Mind helps people (adults 18 +) with mental health concerns to connect to their support networks and communities. The service offers:
Socialising opportunities and peer support groups
Daily group activities to promote wellbeing, develop skills and outings
Talking therapies and psychosocial support
Support for individuals returning to the community from mental health hospitals or crisis centres.

Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) services for children and young people
For children and young people 0-18 years living in Islington, any referrals made are triaged and referred to the most appropriate children and young personβs service across Islington.
